Sunrise Home Solutions is owned and operated by Jake Daly — a Syracuse, NY native who started the company on the simple idea that a homeowner should be able to make one call and get the job done right.

Jake graduated from the University of Tampa in 2026, and during his time in Florida he built a second crew serving the Tampa market alongside the original Syracuse team. Two states, two crews, one standard — and an owner who's still on the phone for every quote.

Every job — soft wash, paint, landscaping, custom install or holiday lights — gets the same treatment: show up on time, do it like it's your own house, and leave it cleaner than you found it.
